What is Your Cannabis Dispensary Return Policy?
No cannabis products may be returned or exchanged. However, if you have received a product that you believe is not of expected quality, please contact our customer support team at buyweed@kitscannabis.ca
Accessory exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase on regular-priced items in unopened boxes in resellable condition. Products may be returned for store credit only. Khatsahlano Kannabis does not offer monetary refunds.
All discounted purchases are a final sale, with no exchanges or refunds.

What is the legal age for purchasing cannabis at your dispensary?
In British Columbia, the legal minimum age to purchase and use cannabis is 19. It is illegal to purchase cannabis for anyone under the age of 19.
How much cannabis can I purchase from your Vancouver dispensary at one time?
You may legally purchase up to 30g of dried cannabis or the equivalent in oils, capsules, or seeds. What is the equivalency for products other than dried cannabis?
To calculate the equivalency for products other than dried flower, one (1) gram of dried cannabis is equal to:
5 grams of fresh cannabis
15 grams of edible product
70 grams of liquid product
0.25 grams of concentrates (solid or liquid)
1 cannabis seed
Can I purchase cannabis from your dispensary if Iām visiting from another country?
Absolutely you can, so long as you provide a valid piece of ID that indicates you are over the age of 19.
